It was necessary to change the venues for the Ceardlanna Damhsa 2 and the Scannán agus Comhrá. Both will now take place at the Granville Ferry Hall. We had our dance workshops there last year and it is a great place for dancing, although it means that only 30 people could attend.
Granville Ferry Community Hall 5352 Granville Road, Granville Ferry The website for Gleann na Gaeilge continues to be up-dated with more content.
Information about workshops, instructors and presenters, venue maps, the Céilí and how to purchase tickets for it are now available. We have finalized the venue for the Céilí! It will take place at Annapolis Royal's new taproom - The Annapolis Brewing Company - featuring craft beers and already an excellent reputation as a great place for live music. Members of Cumann an Ghleanna - The Irish Association of the Annapolis Valley were at the Annapolis Royal Farmer's Market on Saturday, September 29, to promote Gleann na Gaeilge. Send us a message if you would like to become part of our group! |
